Uncle Willie's Pies is an award-winning, family-owned boutique, southern-style baking company serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area and beyond since 1996, that specializes in crafting nostalgic desserts that create a timeless element in sweet celebrations with a modern approach.

The Pecan Pie nearly brought us to our knees; loaded with Texas pecans, it's to the perfect level of sweetness and a bourbon-vanilla-toffee flavor. Uncle Willie's Pies and working with Cicily was the best! We got a single apple pie that was beautifully decorated for us to cut, and we got a bunch of mini apple, cherry, lemon, and pecan pies.

Can’t recommend their pies enough, my wife is currently making a list of all the places she has had chocolate pie before to go and demand they apologize for even calling what they served her a chocolate pie, as she has just had the best chocolate pie in the world.

Cece was SO accommodating with all of my wants and even made a special flavor pie for the bride and groom pie. The guests loved having their own personal pies and raved about the key lime pie. The apple pie was not cooked all the way through on the crust.

I honestly don’t know how my Thanksgiving would have been if I didn’t have the best pies there to begin with. We ordered the coconut pie, caramel apple pie (omggg) pecan pie and peach cobbler and all were FABULOUS!!! I will never not throw a party if I don’t have an Uncle Willies Pie there. Thank you so much for making our thanksgiving unforgettable!!

Uncle Willie’s Pies did our wedding cake and dessert favors for our guests. When I say our only regret was not ordering more desserts!!! Guests loved the banana pudding and peach cobbler. CeCe went above and… beyond, even decorating our jars with a custom logo. If you’re considering using them, make the decision now and you won’t be disappointed!

We had mini apple pies from Uncle Willie's for our July 4th wedding. There were SO delicious, adorable, and a big hit! The customer service by Uncle Willie's was also wonderful. Could not recommend more!
