Some of the employees are very rude, but most are very nice and helpful. They need to screen employees better because they are lacking customer service skills and respect for customers. Management tolerates employee bad behaviors and will allow it to continue and let employees harass customers until it develops into a dangerous situation. This business is not recommended by any mean due to poor management.

This is the cleanest, most well organized professional auction I've ever been to. The staff was plentiful, helpful, friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing. Mike was the yard man who helped me find and check out the 6 cars I hauled out tonight, he made the job much faster than it would've been and had a great sense of humor as well. He lightened up an otherwise strenuous and tiresome workday for me.
-easy access for transporters, in and out.
-entire lot is paved and flat. No twisting your ankles on baseball-sized crushed concrete fill like the other auctions.
