Normen is the best!!!! He arrived promptly to perform system maintenance on my mother's dryer vent. Normen was pleasant, professional and utilized good safety procedures while in her home. I was impressed with his patience in answering all questions and addressing concerns. He went above and beyond to assure my mother's dryer/vent we're hooked up properly and running efficiently. I would highly recommend this company and plan to call on Norman again in the future.

Normen's was very helpful in scheduling my mother's dryer vent cleaning service in a short period of time due to her need to present the cleaning verification paperwork to her condo association. She had scheduled with another company who had canceled last minute on her and wanted her to be home when it was good for them. I wish I could give 10 stars. Normen and his "helper" showed up at 8AM on the dot, walked through the house with us, and got right to work. They were super fast and efficient. They also were amazingly clean. We were prepared to have to vacuum and dust the house after they left but you would have never known they were there. We had also asked for them to clean out bathroom fans. I recently bought a thirty-year-old townhouse and I'm pretty sure that the dryer vent has never been cleaned. Normen came out, cleaned out the duct from both ends in order to better navigate a complex series of angles and removed one whole bird nest and one dead bird.

Extra marks for attention to detail - the previous owners had secured their dryer hose to the duct with duct tape, which you might be surprised to learn isn't actually suitable for ducting! Normen replaced the taped flexible ducting with a proper hose clamp. He even took the time at the end to troubleshoot a sticky flapper

What can I say? Normen is still professional and honest! Scheduled air duct cleaning for the entire house back in November for a February date (yes, he is that busy and booked)! He and his associate were in and out in less than two hours, going through every vent. He event went ahead and checked our dryer and let it run while checking the vents outside, and said it was in good working condition.

He also gave me some tips re: our whole house humidifier because he noticed it wasn't in use (it's broken, and we need to get it fixed as well as some replacement parts).

My dryer wasn't drying clothes as well as it used to, and they immediately knew the hose was clogged. They were so quick and realized a bird had made its home in my dryer vent! They were so kind and reasonably priced, and I plan to hire them every year for routine maintenance.

I called Normen's Air Duct services to check out our air ducts and dryer vents. Normen (the owner) was very professional to check the ducts and suggested there was no need to clean the ducts for another couple of years. He cleaned the dryer vents and suggested some ways to reduce lints.

It's hard to find honest pros who educate customers instead of doing something that is never required.

Norman was really kind and left our house cleaner than when he came. He was very considerate. There was a mix up in my credit card getting charged twice, and it was addressed immediately and fixed. There was so much stuff in our vents from the previous owners and we are breathing much easier now that the cat hair is out of the vents. He also removed a birds nest in our dryer.

Norman and his assistant were on time, very professional and courteous. They cleaned our HVAC ducts throughout the house, and cleaned and repaired our drier vent duct, which was completely disconnected from the exterior vent. They wore masks throughout the process, removed shoes every time they entered, and cleaned everything up before departure. They are true pros.
