Russ Boucher, is a licensed general contractor and certified crane operator in Washington State. He has been in the construction industry since 1993, where he began working for the Operating Engineers, Local 370, as a crane operator. As a journeyman crane operator, he worked for 12 years in the field perfecting his skills.
Russ has worked on many industrial projects including the Spokane Airport Parking Garage, the Kibby Dome, and many Washington State University buildings. Russ' favorite local project, before starting Boucher Construction, LLC, was the completion of the Monroe Street Bridge where he worked as a crane operator on the south side of the bridge for over two years.

Russ Boucher did an amazing job replacing our broken leech field. We tried to contact multiple other companies for quotes and never heard a word from them. Russ Boucher was on it from day one. Dug test holes quickly, was open and honest with his prices that were very reasonable and always kept me in the loop regarding time to completion. He took me around the yard and showed me what they had done and how much more they had left to do daily. I cannot recommend Russ enough We will absolutely be using him again in the future and I strongly encourage everyone to contact him.
