We had a terrible experience with Robert Jenets at an open house earlier today. We showed up at 1 pm and were at the house for no more than 15 minutes. During the last 5 minutes, our two year old threw a tantrum, and I immediately brought him outside. I came back into the house a couple of minutes later to tell my husband that it was time to go, and we were clearly preparing to leave as I was putting his coat on. Robert Jenets approached me with what I thought was going to be an offer of help, and instead rudely told me that I needed to leave immediately as my son’s crying was disturbing others

Bob Jenets is the consummate professional. He led us through the process of selling our house with no hassle or drama. Since we had already moved out of Maryland, Bob offered to arrange and manage the small exterior and interior touch-ups needed to show off our house. If you are buying, selling, or renting, there is no realtor who is more connected to the Wood Acres neighborhood than Bob Jenets and the Stuart and Maury team. Bob has worked with us through two rentals, a house purchase, and house sale in Wood Acres. In all of those transactions, Bob was responsive, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with.
