Expect 1-2 hour visit with physican to talk at length about your health history and current issues, including life style and dietary habits. Vitals and physical exam done as well. This is a medically supervised weight loss program that integrates support, supplements, nutrition and education for long-term weight loss, inflammation reduction and enhanced health.
We are located in the White buildings with green shutters on the West side of building #10 inside "The Art of Healing Wellness Center". The office complex is on Baseline Road, west of Gilbert Rd. We are west of the Fry's plaza near Black Bear Dinner. The complex can be accessed from driveways off Ash Rd or directly off Baseline Rd.
