Being a former professional hockey player for the NHL, the food I put in my body to compete at my highest level was absolutely crucial. Once I retired, I found that one of my biggest difficulties to keep in shape, was finding discipline with my nutrition. Since I began my Athlete meal plan, I have felt like I was a playing in the NHL all over again.

Services
Most of our customers are not home at time of delivery. Just leave a cooler with ice by the front door and we will place your food in the cooler for you. All other cities outside the specified cities above will have a delivery day of Mondays & Wednesdays. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you certain medical conditions.

These meals have been so convenient for me being a single woman and not wanting to shop everyday or waste any food! The size of these meals are perfect and everything I have tried so far tastes wonderful! Have already recommended to a few friends and will continue to do so. Love Beast Coast!!! The meals are absolutely delicious, the owner is responsive and accommodating, and the gentleman that delivers the meals to me weekly is so incredibly kind! I enjoy the deliciousness and simplicity so much I've upgraded to a larger "Chef's Choice" subscription. I would highly recommend Beast Coast to anyone who is looking to have healthy meals without compromising taste!

My second week with Beast Coast. I'm overly impressed with their customer service and delivery service. If you are looking for low salt and health, look no further! I have the lifestyle portions and they are hearty, yet not over the top. Haven't tried the breakfast yet, but plan to in the next week or so.

I tried Beast Coast Nutrition for the 1st time & loved it! I had the Buffalo chicken salad which was very fresh & had great flavor without all the added fat, salt & calories in a normal Buffalo chicken dish. Met Jon, the owner & he’s knowledgeable & friendly. I highly recommend Beast Coast Nutrition & I will definitely be trying more of their meals.

I have used the service for three weeks now. Awesome service & excellent meals! My only change would be a label with the meal enclosed and an expiration date and a container swap program. I love the reusable containers, I just have more than I could ever use now. I’m sure Covid would make that too challenging! Most importantly, my teenage son loves the meals. He wouldn’t take his lunch to school before and now he will! They made lunch cool and healthy!!

Coming home from a business trip, I called them up and asked the process, I was talking directly got the owner and even though it was a late order, he said if I ordered right now he would ensure I had my meal prep within 24 hours.... And let me tell you the meals were delicious!!!! I tried a variety of 10 meals and all of them were just amazing!! I highly recommend this place!!!!

Wow what an amazing service. The owner Jon is personable, friendly, and puts all the freshest, highest quality ingredients into his meals. They are perfectly balanced and prepped. These meals will have you feeling and looking healthier in no time if you replace your standard fast food lunches with this instead. Beast Coast has changed my life and made lunches so easy and nutritious!

They make custom options super easy and you can build a custom plan to fit any type of lifestyle that you have.
On top of being convenient and efficient with offering delivery to your door their food is AMAZING! Hands down the BEST and better than I could cook if I was meal prepping. Always fresh and flavors are amazing.
