I got my care for my sprained ankle several months ago in June and only now I am receiving bill of $97.38 for a brace I could have bought elsewhere for half that. What the hell it's been almost 4 months, i live in Eugene. Why am I getting this bill months after my care with absolutely no attempt to contact me prior.

Synergy billed $411 for a plastic pneumatic boot for my wife's sprained ankle. My insurance cut that back to $241 but still the same boot is available on the MANUFACTURER'S site for $79.99 retail. Tried to negotiate with Synergy to no avail. Thanks Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center in Portland for doing business with Synergy and therefore forcing us to do business with them.

Complete scam .......billed $325 dollars for a breastpump that costs $159 at target ....supposed to be free by my insurance.....but they "didn't update" their perfered provider status since 2011 and billed me months later at 60% making it cost almost full store price......scam scam scam .....do not deal with these people.

60 dollars for an ankle "air cast" that started to break down around the same week I began using it. I don't know how to tell if a medical provider is using synergy, maybe you can just ask and if then defer on a cast and go buy a real one for half the price yourself. It's clear this company has a lot of quality issues and is rather poorly run given my and others experiences listed in these reviews. Steer clear and hope the fail through a long lost battle of attrition.

Shady company with horrible customer service. Claimed my brace was not covered by insurance, so I paid for the brace.
They then submitted a claim and were reimbursed by my insurance. Of course they didn't let me know they were reimbursed. It has been two months of multiple phone calls, and they still haven't issued my reimbursement.

I can't reach anyone to talk about a bill I received. I have tried their phone number on several occasions and after 20 or so rings, no one answers and they do not provide an answering service where I can leave a message.
I have tried their online payment website, and that doesn't work either.
I have left an email and haven't heard back.
I called my insurance company and they show I owe $0 on my account.
Synergy says on their bill that any insurance provided has been applied - but there is no record of the brace on my insurance account.
This bill is overdue and I don't want it to reflect badly

Just called them to ask why a $10 arm sling was billed to me for $124?! They said it is because they have "so much more" paperwork than a retailer. Then the woman on the phone said this would be a good life lesson for me to not accept medical devices like this in the future even though I was unconscious for part of my emergency room trip! She ended the call by hanging up on me when I said I am struggling to even afford food with all these outrageous charges.

Service could not have been better. Personal delivery and fitting of Back Brace as well as Bone Growth Stimulator. My insurance carrier declined to pay for their equipment after I had started using it. Synergy not only went to bat for me with the Insurance Company and got them to pay for it but they even absorbed the substantial difference between what the insurance paid and the cost.
Not sure how anybody could write a bad review on a professional company like this. I will recommend them to everyone with my personal experience.
