Hearing Healthcare Associates is a locally owned and operated practice specializing in hearing and balance healthcare of the ear. Over 30 years ago, Kevin Hague returned to his home roots of eastern Washington to establish Hearing Healthcare Associates. In the community of patients and healthcare practitioners he immediately became recognized as the Tri-Cities' trusted source for hearing healthcare.
This expertise has expanded through eastern Washington and northern Idaho, as more associates who carry the same values have been found. The providers for Hearing Healthcare Associates understand that hearing is one of the most important connections someone has to the world around them, particularly to other people.

Services
Life has too many moments that can never be repeated. You want to hear as well as possible no matter what the situation, so you can be yourself when the moment counts. That's why at Hearing Healthcare Associates you've made the smart choice. We understand the importance of your hearing. Because with better hearing comes better living.
During a hearing evaluation, a variety of tests to determine the unique aspects of your hearing will be performed. This evaluation can be conducted on people of any age, but the individual tests will vary by age. At the hearing aid fitting, your hearing aids are programmed based on a prescription that is specific to each person's hearing loss.
If you or your child will be having a diagnostic audiologic evaluation, it means that hearing needs to be examined. The diagnostic hearing evaluation consists of a variety of tests to determine the unique aspects of your hearing. This evaluation can be conducted on people of any age, but the individual tests will vary by age.
Once hearing aids have been selected after an evaluation, your hearing professional will program them, based on a prescription, to meet your hearing needs. It is also a good idea to bring family members or close friends to the hearing aid fitting so they can help remember all the information that is given and be a support to you.
Hearing aids have small working parts, and it is not uncommon over time for a hearing aid to need a repair. For example, you may try to turn the hearing aid on in the morning and find that there is no sound or perhaps the battery door may come unhinged. These things do happen, even when the hearing aids are properly cared for.

This is a great place to help solve hearing problems. Kevin, Andy and Eric are great people to work with.
I purchased two sets of aids from them and they always took very good care of me. Eric is a great guy to work with and always has had time to see me when I need adjustments. I have relocated now but had great service for 13 years.
I highly recommend them.

I have been going to HHA for years & have been very impressed with the service provided every time I go there. I have been fitted for new hearing aids several times here & the level of expertise & amount of time spent to make sure the hearing aids are performing at their optimum level is amazing. Ongoing service for their patients/ customers is also top notch. I highly recommend Hearing Health Care Associates.
