Had an iPhone screen replaced here. The new screen clearly did not fit properly at all. It stopped functioning normally within a week. Oblivious me went to apple with the warranty which is no longer valid if you let a 3rd party alter their products. Apple refused to put a legit screen on it. Altogether the phone completely stopped working within 2 weeks after going to iDropped. Wrecked beyond repair, would no longer switch on. 100% waste of time and money.

Full sequence of events: AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST! Yea the CAPS are necessary...
They replaced my screen when it was broken and I was told I had a 6 months warranty in case the screen wasn't functioning properly. After a few weeks the screens colour started to change when I was on holiday. As I took it back to them when I was back in Maastricht they told me that if the screen didn't act weird within the first 1 or 2 days after repairing then it is my fault because I had damaged it.
I told them I had certainly not damaged it and the screen just started acting weirdly as I was using it normally

Had an iPhone glass replaced here and several things happened:
1. The one hour fix turned into several hours
2. A few days after replacing the glass the battery stopped charging. Took it back and they fixed it for free saying that a cable got loose.
3. A few weeks later same issue. When to another store and was told (and shown) that there were screws missing a small plate missing and the guy even said that it seemed like one cable had been made shorter.
Now the original price for changing the glass but 130€ and it seems to be working fine.

I went in to buy a screen protector for my phone. The owner proceeded to tell me that they only have one brand of protectors for iPhones, and the one they carry were one of the best in its grade. I bought it for $27. Turns out, the screen protectors they sell (and the one I bought) is sold online for $3 or less. It's cheap. I called corporate because they don't offer refunds, and I got my money back the next day. I don't blame the store owner, but I do blame the company for misleading customers. I will not be buying anything here again.

SCAM! They "fixed" my broken screen for 65euros and at the time forgot to tell me that the clearly dented frame was also broken. Turns out, that their replacement screen is not "a certified copy" by far. I know this because I went to the Apple Store and had it checked out. Cheap fake copy, will break easily and due to its poor quality, the touch screen will work poorly. My biggest regret is coming back, giving my guarantee for them to "fix" it again and now having no receipts. Avoid at all costs, short term results.

Came in yesterday the 23rd of July and received the worst response from the guy working there. He wore glasses and had a bad attitude. Literally blew me off as soon as I walked up. I had a waterdamaged iPhone 6 Plus that I wanted him to take a look at and that didn't happen after what he said. He literally saw me talking to my friend and asked if we needed something and I didn't wanna break off the conversation that was flowing with a friend who I bumped into at the mall so I said not yet. He then instantly responded and said "well this isn't furniture that you just touch and

They told me that they were ordering the part I needed and that they would let me know when it arrived, but they would NEVER do it. I had to go to the shop three times and every time I went, they would tell me that they would have it in about 2 days, but when I came back 2 days later, they had "sold" it. So, if you need your phone repaired, don't come here!

I had my iPod Touch for over three years, but then I had an unexpected accident and dropped it. It just happened to land on my metal bed frame, and the screen cracked pretty bad. However, it still worked fine, including the buttons. The problem was that the glass broke into tiny shards and ended up cutting into my fingers. I knew I had to get the screen replaced, so I took it down the mall to these people.
At first, they seemed really nice. They tested everything to see if it worked and wrote it down (which everything did), and said they'd have it fixed the next day. The ipod was fully functional

Here is the review from Google that I have written:
When you're in a situation and you need your iPhone or iproduct fixed, you have to find someone you can trust to do it. As cheap parts imported from outside the country are easier to obtain, learning the trade can save you plenty of cash. But for most of us, we just don't have the time or want to feel responsible if we make mistakes. So we hire services like iDropped to make our problems better.
My experience with them as people were nice, and the service was good at first. But the reason why my review is so low was because it took
