DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THEY LIE AND THEY STEAL. While on mid-tour leave from an Army deployment, I booked a vehicle according to the posted prices on the website. Then to my surprise, I was charged DOUBLE. No invoice, no confirmation just "thanks for giving us your credit card number!" They also charged me astronomical made-up fees that aren't mentioned on the website ala BAIT AND SWITCH.
I cancelled everything and while they said numerous times they would refund my money, they never did. Furthermore, if they ever tell you they'll call you back, it's a lie. They never will.

Great experience. Had a large group needing transportation to and from the airport for a family vacation. We had a 6 am pick up so we were a little nervous but our driver was there 10 minutes early. He was very friendly and the whole experience was great. The only thing I'd add is that it would be nice if they sent either an email or text confirmation the day before. However, we had no problem getting ahold of them by phone to confirm our reservation.

I made a reservation on line through their web site for my Daughter's wedding, and received email confirmation a full month before the reservation date. The day before the wedding, I tried to call to confirm and had to leave a message. I tried several time but only got their voice mail. Finally, 1 hr before the reservation time, I got a live person on the phone. He told me he could not find any reservation for me and asked if I had the right business.
