Outdoor Power Equipment is a well respected family owned small business operating in Orange, Virginia. We opened our doors in 2015 to serve the community but our roots were planted in 2004 as Custom Care Lawn Services-CCLS, a lawncare company serving the Orange and surrounding counties. We at Outdoor Power believe in old fashion customer service and taking care of our community needs.
We at Outdoor Power Equipment offer a variety of rental equipment options to help you tackle that lawn project. Our rates are based on individual equipment and the amount of time you are interested in renting the equipment for. Per Week is 7 days(if you check out the equipment at 9 am it needs to be returned by that time on the 7th day.)

I brought them a broken saw that I recently bought online, hoping for a quick fix on warranty. After looking at the saw, they realized that I might be on the hook for an expensive repair. They suggested that I return the saw before the 30-day exchange period was over.
They could have made money on a pricy repair, but instead gave me excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to buy or repair anything at this store. They were honest rather than chasing a quick buck. I'll be back.

Buyer beware that this company charges a "convenience fee" of 3.2% (more than the normal cc processing charge for swiped cards of 2.75%). which to my way of thinking makes them kinda cheap. Mine was for a purchase over $200 and I won't purchase anything else there.
Gave the 3 stars because they did have what I was looking for and the sales guy was helpful enough.

It's taken me a while to write this I've been so busy but during the early December 2020 ice storm I had a tree come down much larger than my saw could handle. I called Travis and fortunately there was a 24" in stock. I purchased it and since I could go nowhere they delivered it to me all within an hour. I use these folks every time I can. See pic. Tree was 23" dia, 73' long and 41 rings. One of the last trees I expected to come down.
