Kind, friendly, and exceptional customer service! I took my daughter to get her ears pierced and they were wonderful. Even after she lost the new earring and we couldn’t get it back in that night, they took great care of her and got the ear Re-pierced. I would recommend this adorable store to anyone in the Grand Rapids/Rockford area!

I came in looking to purchase a purse, some earrings, and possibly some clothes for my cousin. I very clearly was not someone who could wear their clothes (plus size) but I was ready to spend a couple hundred dollars if I found what I was looking for. I was not greeted, I said hello to who I think was the owner and got a offhanded, 'Hi there'. I found some earrings I liked and the girl at the counter when I checked out, seemed uninterested and put out. Two pairs of silver earrings and a small silver ring was a bit over $50. Might be pricy for Michigan but not for California in my opinion

Love this boutique! From the second I walked in, it was so warm and welcoming.
The clothing is trendy, great quality, priced well, and they had an awesome clearance rack. There were also awesome accessories, cool knick knack gifts and footwear as well. All around great shopping experience, I'll be back!

Absolutely LOVE the Paperdoll Boutique!!! The selections are stylish and unique so you don’t have to worry about everyone in town having the same outfit as you. They are 100% on trend with the modern women. Moreover, the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. They are all upbeat and eggar to help you find pieces that make you feel as beautiful as you naturally look. I recently bought a pair of jeans from them and I have never felt better about myself! I went back and custom ordered 4 more pairs! I can’t say enough positive things about this little boutique. You are missing out if you don’t

They have everything to cover a head to toe look including, jewelry, purses, shoes, sunglasses, tops, bottoms, dresses, home decor, etc.
Something most people say when it comes to this store is that it is pricy. This may be true but you can find affordable items as well. The higher end brands are things like free people, while the more affordable brands are: billabong, roxy, etc.
They also have a great sales rack in the back to snag some killer deals.

Nice stuff, but really expensive considering what they are selling. They have some beautiful clothes and a few cute decorative pieces, but the overly inflated prices are definitely not worth the exorbitant price tag.
The selection, let alone the atmosphere, is not so exclusive as to justify such bloated price points. I have no clue as to why their prices are so high. I saw a cute dress that I thought about purchasing on my last trip to Paper Doll, but passed because it was not worth the price tag attached. Yes, it's nice, but clearly not that nice!

Lovely boutique with artfully arranged and unique and bohemian clothing, shoes, accessories, and home items.
First off, I would LOVE for whoever styles this store to please come to my house and style mine! It's like an enchanting, antique-y cottage that has cute clothes. My friend and I spent the most time here during our Rockford shopping day, exploring all the items they had to offer. I found my new favorite body spray that reminds me of the ocean.
As the other reviews state, the prices are a bit steep so keep that in mind. They were running a special where your first item was 20% off

I LOVE to come to this boutique!! I've been there from the beginning and will continue to shop there for as long as I can. Yes, they do have some pricer items now, but the are where the shop is located, the people can definitely afford it. It is in an upscale area. They have a great mix of cheaper to very pricy things, making it a store for everyone. The style of the clothes are fantastic - right out of any magazine. Shop here - you'll love it!!!!!!!
