Pioneer is a professional, courteous and responsive establishment. My tile floors are so beautiful now. I would highly recommend them. Next I'm going to do my wood floors. They were right on time with the estimate visit and the follow-up visit to perform the work. I received a call to confirm the appointment, the day prior and received a call when they asked to show up 30 min early. I am well pleased on all aspects of the job!

I literally have two words: SCHEDULE NOW!
They are the absolute best. From the moment of scheduling the appointment (although I called 2 hours after closing), they were still extremely courteous and helpful. Then once the guys got to our home, they were beyond professional, happy, and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. I was simply amazed at the fantastic job they did. We had some pretty ugly stains (2 rambunctious toddlers) and now you would think we have new furniture and carpet in our home. And the price was satisfactory as well. They are now our "Forever Carpet Super Heroes!"

First of all, I want mention that it’s very hard to find any carpet cleaners in this area. Our last experience with a very large national brand did not go well. The experience with Pioneer Janitorial and Carpet Cleaning service was very smooth and pleasant. Richard was very professional And thorough. He went back to a few spots that were resistant and worked on them again. In addition after the carpet dried in one room there were two areas that begin to seep through again, I let him know and he came back the next day and remedied it. He really takes pride in his work and wants to deliver a good

Richard and Bryan with Pioneer Janitorial provide an exceptional service. As a property manager, we sometimes have carpet and padding soiled by Tenants and/or their pets. Wow, Pioneer Carpet Cleaning did an awesome job cleaning our large floor rug. We had concerns about the quality of this carpet, but the service representative was very knowledgeable and made us aware of how valuable the rug actually was. Once Cleaned it was like brand new again! Will be calling in the future for more cleaning!
