Roger Mitchell and Justin Cristiano, lifelong friends and former colleagues, formed Red Oak Meetings & Events out of a desire to provide services that achieve higher standards in the event industry. Roger has more than 15 years of experience in the events industry. He has held positions in catering, incentive travel management, meeting planning, destination management, rentals, and exposition services. With direct involvement in more than 800 events in his career, Roger is an asset on site at any type of event.

Recently we worked with Red Oak to set up our expo floor at our annual conference. We've been doing this conference for many years and have previously done a lot of that work ourself. I feel dumb for not hiring Red Oak sooner! They made everything 10x easier for us, 10x easier for our exhibitors, and it looked 10x better. All of the exhibitors had great feedback, particularly in comparison to vendors they had worked with before. This is the first time we have used a third part y for our conference/decorator needs. Red Oak Meetings and Events was no less than superb. Without a doubt, we will use them for any future meetings/conferences where a decorator is required. Communication is always key with conferences and Justin was always available for any questions or issues that came up. You cannot go wrong by contracting with Red Oak Meetings and Events. They are top notch!

Our organization has used Red Oak Meeting and Events the past 2 years for our law enforcement training conference and expo. Their professionalism and attention to detail is second to none! Exhibitor services for large events can be challenging. Justin and Roger made the pre-conference process easy for our exhibitors to navigate and when there were questions they responded immediately. We hired Red Oak to provide security for our Annual Conference at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis--they went out of their way to give fantastic service. Our expo is quite simple, just one guard for a few days without many responsibilities, but Red Oak communicated with the hotel ahead of time, shared their insurance information proactively, asked our event manager to walk the space, and then sent supervisors to speak with me on-site as opposed to just dropping a security guard in with no information. They were consistently very responsive and well-priced. When a company knows you'll only be in town
