I whould definitely use this cab company again it took them a while to get to me but when they did it was very reasonable and respectful Wich to me are very good qualities

So i was driving a semi from Winnipeg MB to Dallas TX. Truck broke down at I35 between Topeka and Emporia. I just needed an air valve to get going. I tried calling for cabs but no one was ready to come that far from the city. I called Speedy’s taxi and the guy made me feel comfortable. He listened to me very patiently and understood what’s going on. Then he went to the dealership, get the part that i needed and delivered it to me. He even get tools that were required in his car’s trunk and also helped me to put the part on truck.

The worse cab company. I needed a ride from Topeka to Kansas city Airport and they said it would be $170 but if I leave a 5 star amazing google review prior to being picked up they would give me a ride half off. I told them I needed a ride immediately after I placed the call and left eh review no answer from them. This place is a rip off. Probably they are 4 stars because they get people with their scsm

Twice it was fine.
Third time, I waited 24 hours. Called 24 hours later and finally got a taxi after an hour.
Fourth time, it took 5 calls before someone answered. She sounded either drunk or high.
That's been going on 3 weeks. No taxi has shown up yet!
Switched to another company. T & J.

I'm currently sitting here waiting on a taxi, have been for the past two hours. Finally folded and ordered an Uber - I really wanted to spend locally and save a little bit of money, but come on. Two hours? I called every thirty minutes to see if they were still coming and they kept saying "Your driver is about 10-15 minutes away." Obviously that wasn't true...

Owner was a really nice guy took us back and forth where we needed to go, very professional and friendly! Definitely calling again when I need a ride anywhere.

I called for a taxi for my girlfriend at 8:30pm, scheduled for 9:45pm... To literally go about a mile and a half to go to work. Not only did they not pick her up, they didn't even have the courtesy to call me to cancel the ride. So we were standing outside in the dark for thirty minutes while I tried to call the same number I initially called inorder to setup the pickup in the first place. It wrang until voice mail picked up but I couldn't even leave a message. When I tried calling back for a third and forth time it went straight to voicemail... My girlfriend ended up having to call into work and

Driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. car reeked of cigarette smoke. Driver was 30 minutes to 1 hour late.
Supervisor was screaming at me. Mumbling under her breath. Threaten to call the police even after i told her i have my money for my bill. Kept hanging up in my face. This was and will be the very last time i trust Speedy's taxi ever!!!
So disappointed how 2 grown adults can act so childish towards a young teenage adult.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

The "taxi" was a run down SUV covered in animal hair, which got all over me. It smelled like cats. And urine. The driver was nice, but very unkempt looking and not at all professional. Ridiculous to pay $24 dollars for a 10 minute trip. Will not be using this service ever again.

I contacted Speedy’s Transportation after being let down severely by other taxi companies. After some discussion and planning with Dave the owner, I can now attend my needed job and serve my community and be returned home in a safe and secure manner. Dave is a very welcoming man and has great respect for all including his family. His service allows me to do the necessary in these trying circumstances we all are facing every day. Thank you Dave and the staff in his company I truly appreciate everything.

When I was in a bind and no other reliable taxi services in town .They where there promptly and at good price. And every drive has been kind and professional.

I had a truck broke down 80 miles from Topeka!! These fine folks that run a Taxi service made it all possible for us to get back to rolling those oats down the road. They picked up 5 Gallons of Antifreeze and took it to the Driver of our grain wagon. Helped him get all roped off! Then Followed him to be sure he had everything fixed and was good to go!! No Taxi service around like this one!!

Never have I ever had a more personable ride in a taxi.. quick to pick you up and drop you off... will definitely use them when I get back to town...AAA. service
