Great lunch spot! They make most of their own salad dressings so try the Valencia or the Asian Salad. Breadsticks (baked in house) are amazing. I think they also make their own sourdough sandwich bread, which elevates the BLT. The soups are also homemade and delicious. The Chicken Tortilla is my fave. Service is always friendly and helpful. I often make changes to the menu items and they always accommodate.
Note: it is a little hard to find. It's inside the first floor of one of the Meridian Mark office buildings - the one furthest north (of the two). You can go in any door and get to Sunrise

The person who greeted us was less than friendly and seemed inconvenienced when I asked for a booster seat for my 2 year old. Our server was friendly though, however the food was sub par. The fruit and yogurt parfait was just a bunch of fruit thrown together with yogurt dumped on top. My 12 year old hated it. The hashbrowns were crispy on the outside and had the consistency of mashed potatoes inside. The pancakes were paper thin and the syrup was flavorless. And the hollandaise sauce was gross. The only thing we enjoyed was the coffee and OJ. Our bill was $42 and we didn't even eat half of the

Good food. However the restaurant has horrible sanitation issues and social distancing practices. I will NOT visit this restaurant again during COVID.
I physically had to move my table to remain a safe distance from other patrons who were seated right next to my table when there were plenty of other vacant tables for them to be seated.
Cleaning between patrons is extremely poor. Tables were washed down but seats were not washed. Booths were not washed down. Kitchen staff would bring large serving trays out and place it on clean tables. Completely unacceptable sanitation between customers.

Biscuits and gravy were good - nice fluffy biscuits. They provided jam and butter in case (I guess) you prefer to just eat the gravy like soup. My wife's ham and cheddar quiche and hashbrowns were very well done also. Nice little place with good atmosphere and friendly, quick service. Not so easy to find back off the road, but worth seeking out.

This place does all the standard breakfast options right. I got Bacon, eggs, hash browns and cinnamon toast. Everything was good, the cinnamon toast was the star of the show with bacon coming in a close second. Large portions for a good price and nice, friendly service. Will definitely stop in again at this reliable breakfast spot.

A hidden gem in this area! I didn't even know Sunrise was on the 1st floor of this building until I recently discovered it. A local north side favorite, good per usual! We went mid-morning on a Thursday and our server Audrey was more than attentive and recommended great choices foe us. Great service and great food for the price. More than happy with it and will return again!

Searched the app for a local gem for breakfast or brunch. Read it was tough to find...then drove right by it. Lol.
It's hidden on the back side of an office building. Good luck finding it...you'll be glad you did.
Eggs Benedict was world-class! Party melt was real good too. Fruit cut fresh...even the toast was great. Fast, friendly service too. Not the cheapest place, but worth it.

For breakfast this morning I went into Sunrise Cafe in the Meridian Mark II building in Carmel because it was where my companions wanted to eat. It was my first time there. I found the decor elegant and the staff attentive. I had the classic eggs benedict with hash browns. It was all quite good, and the hollandaise sauce was wonderful.
