Underground Pipeline, Inc (UPI Manufacturing) is a family-owned and operated manufacturer located in South-Eastern WI. We are ISO 9001:2015 Certified and a Tier 1 Government Military Provider. We pride ourselves in our ability to develop and manufacture quality parts for the warfighter on-time and efficiently.
While military manufacturing represents a large majority of our workload, we do accept and manufacture commercial product sales as well. UPIs recent customers include Battelle, BAE Systems, Defense Logistics Agency(DLA), Flyer, Generac, General Dynamics, Navistar, Oshkosh Defense, and Rock Island Arsenal.

Services
UPI has a modern Fabrication Department centered around a Bystronic 60x120 Laser and a matching Bystronic 350 ton x 14' Press Brake including fully automated material handling. We commonly work with materials including Military Grade Armor, carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. At UPI we maintain material traceability when requested including Heat # and even Sheet #.

They are fake terrible people who hide under the cloak of religion. They don't value any employees except friends of the family. I love how they described jeff jr. That guy never worked a day in his life! They would hire people knowing in 2 week's they would lay them off. They can't get private contracts because they are so weird only government contracts. At least "chief" can by his RV and yacht and park it in the addition because that's the only thing there. They would shut the shop down so people could have the honor of cleaning his boat, but only the chosen one's.

The people rating high are family or family friends. Stay away from this place. Don’t work here, don’t buy any of there unpaid for assets. Don’t let them manufacture anything for you. These people don’t pay there bills. Skate by through faith, yet have crushed many many family’s. They are fake individuals who are untrustworthy and deserve the spiraling end they created.

I only worked here short time (5 months) in the paint department on second shift and my departure was on my terms. (pay rate/insurance) I had a few problems with a couple of the employees, (immaturity and management being complacent with it) overall the pay is ok, coworkers for the most part are helpful and everyone works towards a common goal. high stress levels when Leads demand parts done only to sit on shelves for weeks.
