We recently built a custom home. It is less than less than a year old and we decided to have the windows washed. We have a set of french doors that lead out to a patio overlooking our lake. Apparently the windows were not sealed well enough and some water got inside. I watched them powerwash the windows and they did not use a high pressure wash nozzle. I contacted my supplier for the windows and he notified me that Windoor would need to charge me for two new windows, and then credit me once the defective windows were returned, and they would not cover the labor to replace the windows. The new glass
