Garage door installation and repair services located in Fryeburg, Maine. We service all areas within a 2-hour radius including Bridgton, Harrison, and Gorham, Maine to the White Washington Valley and Northern New Hampshire and the St. Johnsbury area of Vermont. Since 1998, White Mountain Overhead Doors has met the residential and commercial garage door needs of customers in Western Maine and Northern NH.
While every garage door material has its benefits, our experience is that steel insulated doors are the most versatile. You technically can reuse garage door tracks (and we almost always do if we have to replace a section or two), but when you order a new door it is part of the package. The tracks are based on the thickness of the sections and not all doors are the same thickness.

We recently purchased an older home. When trying to move some items into the garage, the old, heavy wooden door had broken springs, was not level and was unsafe to have open with added supports, and extremely difficult to lift. We called MWOD. Wayne was prompt, and quick to get a new door installed right away. Despite a few added challenges (due to age of the home) he was able to get exactly the door I requested on and working quickly.
