As far back as I can remember I have been fascinated with video. I can remember the day my parents bought their first video camera. I was in heaven. Since then, my skill and creativity has grown into something I never could have imagined as a wide eyed child making funny home videos with his friends.
After the college days were past me, I found myself yearning to work in the field that I loved so much as teen; so, I went back to school for video production. I had my first job before I even graduated. My skill for editing grew and my eye for great video was honed. I felt unstoppable. These days my focus is capturing all the beauty, excitement, and emotion of any event or project I film.

Mike was highly recommended by our other vendors. He was extremely responsive in our planning and was such a joy to have film our wedding day. His laid back personality put our day of nerves at ease. The highlight film and featured film beautifully captured our day. Mike has a great eye for detail and even provided movie snacks to enjoy with the film. We can’t thank him enough for the keepsake that will allow us to enjoy our wedding day for years to come.

Mike was so much fun to work with! It felt like we were working with a long time friend, yet he is extremely professional and diligent with his work at the same time. My now-husband and I were on the fence about hiring out a videographer for our wedding; it was something I felt passionately about, but the financial investment is undoubtedly considerable. I also felt many of the more affordable options for videography really lacked in quality of production (not surprisingly, I guess) and/or delivered only a 5-minute trailer of the whole day, which just didn’t feel worth it to me.
That all said, after connecting with probably 15 videographers (some of which had prices as high as $12K, *eyerolllllll*), my photographer recommended Mike and the Lovecraft team

Mike is the best!!!! He videoed our May 2019 wedding in Saratoga Springs and did not disappoint. From our initial meeting to our final call, he was always so quick to get back to me regarding any questions I had. He truly captured all the beautiful moments of our wedding day, our video came out amazing!!! We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

My husband and I are SO happy we booked with Mike at Lovecraft Productions! Since we had a Halloween themed wedding, it was important for us to book vendors able to understand our vision. Mike immediately was able to work with the theme, and provided many helpful suggestions. He was able to infuse his own creative style while enhancing our wedding day video. Mike did a great job capturing the day and included every important detail. He was flexible in scheduling meetings, which worked well for our busy schedules. My husband and I found Mike after doing a lot of research on videographers in the area. We chose Mike because his work is absolutely beautiful and he is a great guy. Mike was so great on the day of our wedding. He worked so well with our photographer to help find the best locations for pictures and was just all around fun to be with. We got our video this week and it is packaged so cute and looks great! Thanks for everything Mike!!
