These are the only holidays that will affect your regular pick-up day. If a holiday falls before or on your pick-up day, your pick-up will be one day late. If a holiday falls on Saturday or Sunday, it will not affect our normal collection schedule. All you will need is the access code found on the bottom of your most recent statement/invoice, along with your full customer number (01-####).

We accept all pure waste oil in tightly sealed plastic containers labeled "USED WASTE OIL." No water, antifreeze, gasoline, etc. mixed with oil. Co-mingle all recycle items in the bin except for newspapers which are to be bagged or tied prior to placing in the cart. If recycling is not prepared to the guidelines we reserve the right to refuse the recycling.

This is a very good company I understand the concerns of some other people but it is a small business they are limited on veachles at the moment which forces them to limit there pickup and dang you want to be rude and nasty to the ladies in the office I'd cancel you myself if I could very friendly people

Many better trash services to use. Rediculous new rules regarding recycling. Instead of a warning they decided to leave a pile of broken down boxes at the end of the driveway. After cancelling trash services they decided to take away lawn and leaf also, saying I couldn't keep it even though it is paid for separately. Made no attempt to keep me as a customer. Didn't care.

This company has a full list of all kinds of things they won't haul away. Today almost all of our garbage was left along with the note where they added another rule we didn't know about 1 bin + 1 bag. Now I have to drive 45 minutes to the County dump to dipose of the rest of my trash. They are fine if you are just a couple but if you are a full family of five then you are going to generate too much garbage for their liking. Gonna look into some other companies very dissatisfied

They sent me a bill for 94.00 after they took my canister and told me they been billing me. Never received any bill ever until after 90 days. Then told me it was only 94.00 then 3 days later tried to tell me the canister was miss placed and that it would cost me an additional 75.00 to replace it after they took it... Have all on camera and can prove. Then I called them and they told me that they was sending the bill to collection and hung up on me. And so I called back and she laughed at me and said good luck with collections and we won't do business with you ever again. After that incident they

Left boxes at the end of the road in the rain. Said I put out to much and they never said anything about it. Many times if I put something out that I thought my be an issue I called them ahead of time. Now I have cardboard boxes that are all wet sitting at the end of my driveway to take care of. They could have sent a truck to fix their mistake.

Not only did I save a bunch of money by switching my dumpster service to Kuerth’s but they also provided me with a better unit and a pick up time that didn’t wake all of my tenants. On top of all that this is a great family owned and ran business. Great people. If you’re not using Kuerth’s then you’re paying too much. Plain and simple.

After over 30 + years of service. Selling this company to anyone that I know. They refused to take my carpet today even though I called to let them know. They tossed it over into my yard however. So they handled it anyway?? Not real smart. Countless times my dumpster was never even half full no credit. They didn’t take it because they say I didn’t agree to pay extra. But no credit for when it’s not full. I asked to have Wayne call me on Thursday to discuss. No calls. For the very first time in all those years of paying my bill on time every time for garbage and yard waste. I’m shopping

Horrible customer service and they do not even accept credit cards as payment. We called and canceled service back in August 2019. They refused to take the can back for several months and then in turn tried charging us for the service we did not use. We called several times to clear up the situation and thought it had been resolved until they sent us a collections letter. When we called to speak with the owner we were told they were unavailable and they would call us back. Weeks go by and still no word from the owner. I’ve been using Kuerth’s for a couple of years now but dealing with this company is getting increasingly frustrating. After my garbage service was interrupted I called to inquire and was told they never received the check I sent out. I was then told they are swamped with billing today so couldn’t confirm whether I would be double charged if/when they received the original check and a second check I’d have to send out.
