We are a small clean family run park with easy access to HWY 49. We are right around the corner from Camp Shelby, at the edge of the De Soto National Forest and feature great fishing on Geiger Lake and Paul B Johnson State Park less than 2 miles away. Our campground is a great place to stay for a night or bring the family for an extended stay!
We feature 30/50 amp sewer and water hookup sites for our RVers! Visitors have access to laundry facilities and trash services. There are many outdoor activities to do such as boating, fishing, hiking, tubing, kayaking, canoeing and more. Whether its for a short and or long term stay, we hope to see you soon!

We were new to the RV life when we started here. Mike and Danny were very helpful when it came to questions or concerns we had. we started as just a month or two and ended up staying for four! convenient location to the highway too. on a clear night, the visibility of night sky there is awe inspiring!

Not sure where the quiet place was for the other folks here. The highway is right out front, trucks all night. We left early in the am of our first night booked, we were supposed to stay 2 nights. Called and advised we left and why and was told he also didn't have space where he was at to offer us? I guess we sacrificed 1 night for lesson learned.

We needed an overnight stop, but with Hurricane Ida’s path of destruction, every campground was filled. Mike’s place called us back when an opening became available. We are at the 911 Browns Bridge Rd location.… You can tell it’s a newly developing location, but it’s clean, peaceful, full hookups, and fantastic customer service. Truly like dealing with family, not a corporation! We drove up and saw the Jesus flag & American flag flying and knew we were in the right place! Thanks Mike’s Place!

Mikes place is the place to go if you want an enjoyable and safe environment. Very well run, with grounds clean and litter free. Love that Mike allowed our pets as long as we picked up after them. Prices were affordable. My husband and I stayed there for several months and were sad to leave. We will stop in again if we are ever in Hattiesburg again.
