I originally went out to quote with three screen room suppliers. Superior had the most comprehensive and competitive bid with the most options. I was looking for 3" aluminum rail, A-frame design for height and roominess, and hardy board kick plates to keep the children from kicking out the screens. Only Superior could do this or wanted to do this. After the Sales process that was very easy, I was assigned a Project Manager, Melissa Love, and from the permitting, scheduling the concrete pad, and the implementation Melissa constantly and consistently kept me informed and kept the project moving and

Thanks Superior Aluminum for the construction of our Sun room. After retirement and being home all day, our old screen porch was almost unusable during the summer except for a few hours in the mornings. This new Class 4 structure Superior Aluminum built far exceeds our expectations. Its a very sturdy and thermally efficient structure with good visibility to outdoors. We don't have A/C yet but I can tell the new room will be comfortable with a/c. Thanks Tim, you have an excellent team from the sales guys to the framers. An awesome job by the craftsmen at Superior Aluminum. They just put up our new screen enclosure and it looks fantastic.
From the plan to the execution they did an outstanding job.
But the guys that were really awesome were the installers. Everything we asked them to do they were on it. They were polite, professional and good.
I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

We used Superior to do a custom extension to our screen enclosure. They Engineered the solution, Tour down part of our enclosure, poured the slab, Built the room that is open to the pool. It was a great experience and everyone was very professional flexible and the end result was great.

This is a outstanding company to work with. They did a excellent job on our Lanai extension. There price was very competitive. The individuals that we worked with were exceptional. Melissa, who handle day to day communication, was a pleasure to work with and was extremely responsive to our questions and needs. She was a tremendous help and asset on this project. Well I had an appointment with this company to give me an estimate for a new enclosure and have waited 5 weeks for an estimate. I guess they didn’t want to follow thru but should have given me the courtesy of telling me. I have wasted my time with an appointment and waiting 5 weeks when I could have hired another company. We had Superior Aluminum convert our "Birdcage" into a beautiful sunroom. I just can't say enough about their work. They are excellent in my estimation. Right from the design phase to the installation was so easy and met our approval with each step. There was never a time when we didn't know what was happening. Stay away from this company. You will thank me later for choosing not to do business with them. Over priced and the customer service is poor. They will sell you defective products and pretend like they are custom made which means no refund. Don't let them fool you into thinking because they are a Christian company they have Christian values. The business is a scam.

Very professional with quality work. Good customer service after install as I asked for downspout to be added and adjusted. They responded immediately and had someone at the house within the week. Both at initial install and adjustment they asked me to carefully review the work and did not leave until I was satisfied. The only issue I had was the timing. They informed me at the beginning that the install would happen 12-14 weeks from the time we received permit...I just didn't understand how long it would be to get the permit and all the work they had to do to get the permit. I still rate them

I had Superior install a screen room for me about 5 years ago. At the time, we had a lot of problems with leaks. It took them about two months to get it fixed, but finally they got it done.
That is not why I'm writing this review. I'm writing this review because I had an electrician out to hang fans this week, but we didn't know where the… beams were that Superior had installed. They send two guys out who spent about an hour identifying the beams so we could hang the fans. That is pretty good service for a porch they installed 5 years ago.

We needed a sunroom and after doing a lot of research, we chose Superior Aluminum Installations, Inc. It was the best decision we could have made! Larry Brace, their sales rep, came out to the house and showed us some different options and provided all the prices for each and the sunroom turned out exactly the way he and Bo, their engineer… promised!
