This office always pays close attention to concerns and always gives me an appointment as needed and as soon as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Crane and his staff to others. They take time with you to answer all of your questions and are there for you when you need them for an emergency appointment.

Dr. Crane exceeded my expectations. He was warm, sincere, kind, and knowledgeable. He is treating me for pre-cancerous marks on my face, and after seeing many ,many dermatologists in the area, I could not be more happy to have connected with him. I finally felt heard and I am looking forward to working with him to resolve my issue! I am confident that he will not disappoint.

I had an unbelievable skin rash and sores on my whole body from my Charlotte apartment complex straying for pest control. I moved to Wilmington and was told by neighbors Atlantic Dermatology is an caring, wonderful place to go for future care. The staff there is fantastic and all the doctors took the time to talk to me and so understanding. They decided on skin sores issue and have started with
meds and ointments. They are the best I have ever seen, I get regular skin checks and I will be going to Atlantic Dermatology.
Thanks,
Greg

Everyone was very kind & friendly from the receptionist to the anesthesiologist to the doctor. They were able to assess my situation & perform some minor procedures all in the same visit, which was a major bonus. Very knowledgeable and they made extra sure I didn't feel anything either. Highly recommend!

I really liked Atlantic Dermatology. But here's the good, bad, and the ugly.
Good: The doctor was great. When my son had questions, he took the time to explain things. It was a fairly simple appointment for us as he is a teenager with acne so it is something I'm sure the doctor sees daily but I didn't feel like it was a rushed visit or an inconvenience to the doctor when my son asked a bunch of questions.
Bad: The appointments are set about a month out. At least in my experience. If you have to reschedule, it's about the same wait time to get back in.
Ugly: The office wait time!! Man oh man

Dr. Rice is fabulous! I’ve know her since she started her residency with Dr. Crane. I’m so happy Atlantic Dermatology kept her on as a physician. Her care and attention for detail is above the rest. She has a great bedside manner and the nurses are also exceptional! Great office and even better staff throughout all departments! Could recommend them more.

Dr. Cook is a caring and knowledgeable physician. Even though I only see him once a year, I feel that I am speaking with a friend. He either has the best memory of any doctor around or he reviews each patient's file before seeing them. I totally trust Dr. Cook. One of my friends had to have surgery and you cannot even see where Dr. Cook performed his procedure.
