Received our estimate in early April, approved it after a week, and understood we'd have to wait to get into their schedule. Waited to no response so had to follow up at the end of April to find out when they were going to come out. Terms of the proposal stated that they would do a long list of actions in order to determine where the leak would be, then notify us of an estimate for the cost of repair. We were required to pay for 50% of that estimate. Beginning of May the service person came out and was professional and nice. He did not perform most of the diagnostic tests proposed on the estimate

Awful. I needed to inquire about service and they basically ignored me.
