CNY Green Taxi

Picked up a family member with dementia even after telling them they were not well and should not be taken.

Good experience both times. Friendly drivers, on time. What I expected from a taxi service. Not inexpensive but I will call again if I need them.

This taxi company is excellent! CNY Green Taxi saved me from being stranded at the airport when Uber and Lyft drivers were few and far between. My driver, Frank, provided superb communication and even sent photos of his van and detailed directions on how to find him when I got off the plane. He got me to the hotel in excellent time and had great conversation as well. The only reason I didn't give the full 5 stars is because the ride was pretty pricey for a 12-15 minute ride. I will gladly pay extra, though, knowing that CNY Green Taxi is so reliable and trustworthy.

I called for the cab and they told me that they would charge 15 dollars and they get to my house and told me they have to charged me 30. I called again the next day and they told me it was going to be 45 min wait and they would call me. It was over 45 mins and I called them the phone went straight to voicemail the first two times then the next couple of times they never answered the phone. They never called until after work and I got a ride then they called me and caused me late for work.

Couldn't believe how hard it was to get a taxi on a Sunday night from the hospital however these guys not only where there when I was in need but I appreciate the professionalism of my driver. There are so many bad drivers on the road and the Thought of paying for a ride that came from some person in his or her own car is something I would never do.

Dan, owner, was very accommodating at booking me my pick up times for the to and from address. Drivers were on time, efficient and polite. Will definitely use again, if needed.

Great service! Was able to book the cab a couple hours prior for a flight that arrived late. The driver showed up on time and the ride wasn't overly priced. Would definitely recommend.

I was nervous about missing my plane because of such an early morning departure And the snowy weather. After the airline changed the departure time last minute I panicked. They came to my rescue right away, Arriving at 4 am in the snow and got me there in time. Rate ended up less than what Uber was showing as well. Great service. Okay so I don’t know how anyone could give this company anything less than 5 stars. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Gary and Frank to set up a shuttle service for my wedding. The hotel did not provide a shuttle service, which quickly became a huge issue for me, when the original van company we chose the year before went out of business. I had to call like a crazy person a week and half before my wedding to find a new place. Luckily I found the best company ( CNY green) to come to my rescue. Although quite expensive, service and driver was extremely nice. I was afraid that I would be late for my bus at Syracuse Regional Transportation Center due to the immense traffic, but my driver Dennis was incredibly encouraging and accommodating, drove safely with a sense of urgency, and got me to my destination despite the difficulties. I was honestly blown away by his service and dedication. He was really kind and made my day and in the rush I was unable to express my appreciation - I hope he receives the recognition he deserves for his great service. Good experience.

Great taxi service. Much better to plan and call these people in advance if you are flying to Syracuse. The car service at the airport is not at all accomodating. This service was at the airport waiting for me with a clean car and friendly driver!

This cab company couldn't manage to pick me up within an hour of my scheduled pickup. I booked the night before and no concerns were raised about the timing of the pickup. The driver was so lost and didn't have access to a proper GPS. The guy was 5 mins away from me and 40 mins later had given up and tried to send another driver. The new driver could pick me up until 1 hr 20 min after my scheduled pickup. I ended up waking up a neighbor to get to the airport with 4 mins to spare to make my flight.

The net is that you shouldn't use this taxi company. NY State will hopefully legalize

I could give no star if I can. they gave us 15 minutes time frame but had us wait for almost an hour and we need to call another taxi service. the worst ever!

I was told my taxi would arrive at the hospital ten minutes after I ordered it. I gave specific and clear directions to where it was. After 30 minutes I was still waiting. I called and the driver told me I gave him the wrong address and hung up on me. He called back about 15 minutes later but after almost 45 minutes of waiting and that treatment I was done!

Love these people. Dispatch guy is very sweet and understanding. They always have cabs available. Card machine in the taxi allowed me to pay by card, which was convenient. Taxi is always clean and spacious. They are always on time and very accommodating. Best part is that they are available 24x7 and actually mean it. Love this company. Will definitely be a loyal customer. Only thing I don't like is that they charge you a $15 minimum if the origin and destination are within certain miles of each other.

I actually got my phone stuck under a couch which is locked to the wall, the taxi driver Rob took all the pain in getting me out and dropping me safe, he did not expect anything, but my lil tip gave him a smile. I really appreciate his effort and kindness.

I was visiting Syracuse University to drop my daughter off for the summer so I had to use cabs. I use three different cab companies in the area and the best one was CNY Green. I wish I would have found them first. The cab was the cleaniest and newest. The other two were atleast 10yr old cabs but they didnt have to be so nasty inside. I do not mind an older cab but it should atleast be clean.
