Every time I come to this location it's like visiting family...they are so cool 😎 and that coffee( Folgers )was Awesome! My part came in and it took them about 20minutes to install. Recommending this location for all can am spyders

I was so happy I found these guys. I came in for some new tires and I tell ya. Everyone treated me like I was an old customer (except telling me where stuff was...coffee) Rick, in service was super nice, friendly & helpful. I even got a loaner bike, wow. Walking through the showroom, I talked with Gail, awesome guy, but watch out he's one of the greatest salesmen . Leaving them with over 600 bucks, I was happy. Thanks guys.

Was in the market to buy a Can Am Spyder F3. Shopped all over northern California and was quite dismayed until a friend of mine turned me onto Cycle Specialties. Met Tom who knew everything about Can Am Spyders. He made me feel at home so i bought my F3 from him. Before i rode off on my new bike Tom introduced me to the parts staff and the service team. I felt like i was their only customer. I have since turned family and friends onto Cycle Specialties and they too were treated the same as me. There just aren’t enough nice things to say about the folks at Cycle Specialties. They are personable to chat with, knowledgeable about all things motorcycle, and will find an answer to any question. I just wish I lived a bit closer to this place of excellence!

I have an older BMW Airhead. (1978 R80/7) I have had it serviced at Cycle Specialties and have ordered parts for it there. The staff is very competent and friendly. The owner is a great guy to talk to. Frankly I can not recommend the business high enough!

Purchased 2 BMW motorcycles from Cycle Specialties. The prices were fair and their service department was very good. I have a left arm prosthesis and they were very helpful in setting up controls for lights and blinkers on the right side of the handlebars.

The business to go for "Making Dreams Come True!" The most helpful, fair, and kind dealership out there. Everyone should visit. Tom Evans went above and beyond for us. Very Veteran friendly place... They have any future business I might have and I will refer everyone I know.

We tried another place first near my home town but they marked up the price by $2000. So we drove 1.5hours to Modesto to buy the motorcycle at a very reasonable price. Waited to talk to someone today about a bike. When it came down to it the price posted on the bike they said was wrong and ended up being 9,000 more than posted. I suggest you not posting prices if you can't get it right! Last I checked you should be honoring that price. I will go elsewhere for all my current bike needs until I upgrade

I live in Sacramento/Natomas area and husband works in Modesto... Called the only two power sports service centers for can am spyder in this area got a quote on a new tire install I was given crazy high prices for my 2014 spyder and I had already purchased my own tire almost 500 dollars just to replace the tire my husband decided to call cycle specialties and not only did they answer my questions they quoted me an Awesome price. I decided to let them also replace my front brakes and was still under the prices given from those other dealers. This is how you earn someone's business and trust

Horrible customer service. Not interested in a honest conversation to get a quote and started advising on why I should but it locally although this dealer is only 60 miles away from me. My local dealer's quote is $2K over the other quote I have :)
This whole dealing with the dealership is killing the fun out of buying new cars and motorcycles. Something I hope is ubered soon.

What an amazing experience! We have purchased many pieces of gear at Cycle Specialties...but today we went ALL IN! Bought our first motorcycle in 30 years. These guys know their stuff; made it easy to ask questions and determine which motorcycle was best for us!

I was involved in an accident on my Triumph Tiger 1200 while riding back to Colorado from attending the World Suberbike races at Laguna Seca, CA in July of 2019. My bike was towed to Cycle Specialties for repair. I initially dealt with the service manager, Rick, who has absolutely no customer service ability. Rick, treated me like he was doing me a favor by working on my bike. The key to my bike was lost by someone (tow company or this shop) and when Rick called me to tell me, he never offered to check with the tow company to see if it was at their shop, he just said, "Mail your spare

Rode down from Sacramento to pick up my K12 that I brought in Tuesday, they found a recall notice for the fuel line clamps and a leaking fuel hose. They had to order the parts. Provided me a loaner for the ride home . They rate five stars because of the great customer service they provide. It's well worth the ride/drive "word up" to the one Sacramento area BMW motorcycle dealership....!

Cycle specialties was able to get me one of the first 2020 S1000RR M's in the country! My salesperson Tom was great and able to get me info about my bike and updates all throughout the build process! Rick and Daniel also leave me confident knowing that my bike is being serviced in the best dealership around! Can't thank the staff enough!

I made the mistake of giving Cycle Specialties my private number several years ago when I was shopping for a motorcycle. I have received harassing recorded calls from their autodialer ever since, despite my number being on the federal Do Not Call list and numerous complaints to the business and to the FTC. DON'T SUPPORT THIS TYPE OF AGGRESSIVE, HARASSING, AND ILLEGAL MARKETING-- TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

This is my first motorcycle purchase and I don't regret coming to Cycle Specialties. I have gone to multiple motorcycle dealerships but they were too pushy on me to buy a motorcycle and didn't cooperate on negotiating. I heard about Cycle Specialties on how great the dealership is when it comes to customer service and having great deals on BMW and Triumph Motorcycles.

I decided to go to Cycle Specialties to see the Triumph Motorcycles. The sales representative (Crystal) was awesome and informative on the motorcycles I was interested on negotiating. I never felt pressured on purchasing

Looking back I rated this place unfairly. I give this place a four stars and BMW motorcycle resale value three stars.

And really nothing wrong with BMW motorcycles itself. But when it was time to sell my BMW the value of it was no different than any Japanese motorcycle. Prepare for a major price drop. I guess I was expecting that if I had traded in my BMW to a BMW dealership I'd get maybe a bit more for it. Back when I initially got my bike I was sold on how BMW retain their value. But that was my mistake for being naive.

So I changed this review to 4 stars cause the staff is always helpful

If your in the Modesto area i Would Highly Recommend coming to Cycle Specialties, There staff is very Highly Trained and there Service is exceptional. More than you can ask for. They have Great Prices and they have a Great variety of OEM and Aftermarket Accessories.

If your looking for a new BMW, Triumph or Vespa this is the place that you want to Look.

The Staff is not only Highly Trained but very educated on there products and offer Knowledgable Help on any Question that you have on other products as well

I have been there 5 Times now and every Experience has been Great.
