Services
We offer full-service exterior pressure washing, including Low & High-Pressure Cleaning. Not every job will require high pressure, so we will utilize a low-pressure cleaning that is more of a detergent cleaning approach. We gently rinse the surfaces to be cleaned with garden hose-type pressure instead of using extremely high pressure.
When this happens, the roof becomes layered with a thick layer of black streaks. Then Lichen and Moss start to grow. This is when the issues become more serious when the roots of the Lichen and Moss start to bond and embed into the Shingles. With our safe low pressure roof cleaning process, we can instantly restore those dirty areas to look new again like the rest of the roof.
Believe it or not, this method is not ideal for cleaning your homes exterior surfaces. Most of these surfaces are delicate and need to be gently cleaned using detergents and special equipment other than 4,000 psi and water. They did an excellent job on our house. We have a tall, two story house and I could never get the upper part or the chimney, and their equipment reached both and did a good job. They also have great communication. I had a reminder email a few days before they came with instructions on how to prepare, and then another email the night before. They were punctual, friendly and quick.
