I am going to elaborate with the last post . Terrible customer service . The last time I was there Tracy the stylist did not care to offer any refreshments as indicated from the owner . Upon my arrival, I did not feel valued. Once you sit on the chair the beautician treats us based on personal preference . The less money you pay it seems like , the low qualified respect that is received . I did not like being questioned about being from a particular part of Sacramento , especially since Elk Grove is considered top tier and I am one of the few African Americans coming from the south area . I had a less than pleasant experience I booked to get a frontal install two days before thanksgiving my normal stylist was booked so I decided to give them a try. I sent in the $25 deposit as requested and was informed I would receive the new address location on the day of the appointment. However, after receiving a confirmation message two days before I still never received an address. This hair is awesome!!! It’s my first time ordering I got a 20 inch lace frontal and 4 30 inch bundles. They are extremely soft don’t shed I haven’t seen one strand of hair come out. This hair is expensive but anything with outstanding quality is. It’s worth ever penny. It’s celeb quality I definitely will be ordering again. Lastly, the owner was so polite and caring about her customer. It definitely made feel appreciated. Everyone stops and stare to look at my hair and ask where I got it from.

Straight up false advertisement! The “HD lace” actually isn’t anywhere close to HD. Anyone nowadays will put “HD” in front of a lace product just to make it sell and this was no exception. The lace is medium brown and is actually extremely thick. I received an 18 inch water wave frontal and 3 bundles of 26 inch water wave hair. I know that the longer the hair, the thinner it gets but this was just too thin even with the added volume of the waves. My bundles were extremely thin and for the quality of the hair, it’s extremely overpriced. I also experienced a lot of matting with this hair

This was my first time ordering hair from this company. I found out about Marie’s hair extensions on Instagram at first I was skeptical because of the good deals seemed a little too good to be true. I purchased 3 deep wave bundles in 30 inches and a HD lace frontal deep wave 20 inches. Shipping was fast. great customer service , she responded quickly and resolved any problems. When I installed the hair it was easy to make a wig. There has been no shedding no smell and it was very soft. Also the frontal came with knots already bleached and I did not even have to pluck it. Had a hair appointment recently my stylist had ordered the bundles for me but she end up getting the wrong texture bundles I wanted more of a kinky curly ... but long story short did some research and ended up the stumbling across Maries on Instagram... I got in contact with her she was super friendly fast process she had everything that I needed and was no problem to get in contact with ... I will be shopping with them again soon. I strongly suggest if you’re looking for quality hair and prefer to not wait.
