We are so grateful and lucky to have Ponderosa (Todd) as our local HVAC expert! Todd has helped us out so much with our 20 yr + furnace. Today he ended up being our hero on a 18 degree and snowy day. Our blower motor gave out at 5am. He was able to squeeze us in on a very busy day and replace the motor in a jiffy. Oh and he was able to reprogram our ancient thermostat and even replaced the batteries! Todd is extremely knowledgeable, fair and overall just a good person. Thank you for being our hero and caring. We plan on purchasing a brand new furnace by fall time of this year, and you can guess

Todd got our 15+ year old gas fireplace insert back up and running in less than 2 hours. It hasn't worked for 2 years and now it's working like almost new. Fixed what needed to be fixed and told us what we could do without so we weren't spending money unnecessarily. Highly recommend.

I can not say enough good things about Ponderosa and Todd. Todd did everything a vendor is supposed to do. Show up on time, perform the work requested and required, do it in an efficient manner and leave a clean jobsite. If all vendors followed this work ethic, there would be a lot less stress in the construction world!! Thank you so much!

Todd was great! Had him out to check on my 20 year old furnace. He was honest and didn't push to get a new furnace because it wasn't necessary quite yet. He went over all the parts inside while servicing and showed me how he checked the igniter and co2 emission. Super informative and very friendly. Will definitely use him again.

I recently had Todd replace my 25 year old gas house furnace. Ponderosa bids will well under other bids I received. Todd was very patient with me in deciding the best furnace to purchase. Todd was always available to answer my questions primarily by email, after hours.
I ended up with a quality Trane furnace with air filtration that we our very happy with. Todd continued to show honesty and customer satisfaction during the install. I would highly recommend Ponderosa Heating & Air for any of your heating needs.
