Getting a good paying job with great pay in less than a blink of an eye! HT Group has found me a place with GTT communications and I have never been a better fit for a position!the onboarding process is laid out for you. No confusion what so ever. I would find it most helpful if Claire was more patient and showed more kindness in speaking to customers. In person she was the same way I thought because she was busy at the time the day I was in the office but today she hung up on me so fast I was left holding the phone in my hand. I would suggest just slowing down and being more patient in her approach and conversations.

When I had an interview I was given a 2 week assignment right away. It was cut short to 1 week. They told me I may decline an assignment if not suitable. I declined one but wasn't given another. I called and emailed but for weeks but I wasn't offered anything. They told me to stay in touch but I didn't feel like I was in the loop.

HT Group in South Austin was very helpful with placement into a quick temporary contract role. The process took only a couple of days and was educated throughout the entire on-boarding. Melissa Jamison and Hannah Hunter are the worst recruiters, if you can call them that. They are liars, they tell you that you have a great resume then when you follow up, they stop responding to emails. Very unprofessional and they should be fired for being incompetent at their job. Advice: don't falsely lead on job seekers. Yes I understand it is all about market demand, but DON'T say someone is perfect for a job if you're not even going to put them through or even have the decency to reply. Don't waste your time. 2 months ago I applied for a position that the HT Group had posted. I was called for an interview and given a link to an online test for Microsoft Word to take before the interview. I arrived the day of the interview and met with Chrystal. She seemed positive stating that I had a lot of good qualifications, I had done well on the test, and that I presented myself well. HT Staffing Group is amazing at what they do. They have a large list of clients and cater to people on all skill levels. Chrystal Long was my assigned recruiter, and she was absolutely amazing. We had an open line of communication and was able to set me up with several interviews and job opportunities.
