Let me start by saying the the product is good, but the follow up service is terrible. I had Valor install gutter guards on my property in San Jose, Ca. a couple of years ago and for the most part they worked fine. But in one section of my house where there is a Lucite over hang, the Gutter guard clogged causing the rain to overflow the gutter. After several calls and emails, over many months where I had to contact the factory, the installer finally came out and replaced the gutter guards with a larger mesh for an additional fee. This larger mesh guard did not work either so I have spent the

I would like to congratulate John Shanks, National Sales Manager, and the founders of Valor, Chris Tatasciore and his business partners, Slate Bryer and Larry Dumm, who join the ranks of great American innovators. We don't have to make America great again - we already are great. Valor's technology did not result from ancient Chinese secrets, nor Russian, nor come from German engineers.
