In the face of covid and all kinds of delays, Creative Solar has been forthcoming w/ delays and willing to adjust their prices for failure to deliver in timelines promised. This is without any complaints from my end as I understand, "things happen". I'm still waiting on my Tesla Powerwalls, but Creative Solar gave me the option to have my panels installed while waiting on batteries even though this comes at an extra cost to them. Basically what I'm trying to say is that Creative Solar bends over backwards for their customers out of their own initiative. I cannot recommend them enough.

I purchased a whole house solar system from Creative Solar USA. Everyone at the company was thoroughly professional. They listen and are responsive. Workers are thoughtful of the homeowner. The reps I dealt with were exceptional in their communication. Buying and installing a solar system was a bigger and more complicated project than I expected and you need a vendor whom you trust and like, and whom you can count on to do the right thing, and to talk you thru things as they unfold. For me that was Creative Solar USA and I highly recommend them.

Creative Solar installed our home solar panels and did an outstanding job. There work crews were very professional and kept us updated on there progress. They were also very courteous. The company has always kept us updated on when to expect crews to show up. We are waiting on our Tesla batteries to be delivered (delays due to COVID ) and having the system completed

Great company, would **absolutely** work with them again in the future. If you're buying solar, I 100% recommend you reach out to Chaia Lewis there to start that process.

Everyone I worked with at Creative Solar was kind, helpful, and professional - but like other reviewers here, my install too many, many months longer than was initially planned, and I felt as though nothing happened unless I got in touch multiple times to pester someone about it. Since the delays caused my available tax benefits from the solar install to be reduced, they offered (without me asking) to make up that difference by discounting the cost, and I really appreciate that. That said, it doesn't make up the expenses I paid for electricity during the months where my system wasn't installed

we're officially in a global climate crisis--a point not up for discussion. while American news media engages in "both sides" of a scientific fact we've got rising sea levels, ocean acidity, iceberg loss, coastal erosion, wildlife losses, habitat destruction, deadly storms, drought, groundwater contamination and whatever other calamity we haven't experienced yet.
and since our federal government refuses to address the issue (for the moment), Creative Solar is one tool in the toolbox for Atlantans to take personal responsibility

I had a wonderful experience; great knowledge and personal care; no pressure at all; and support during what turned out (with some issues we encountered around a battery) to be an extended process.
