Whether you are looking for a quiet overnight stay, a fun weekend getaway or longer stay-we are here to meet your needs. Our 46 acre family owned campground was purchased in the spring of 2013. As a family we have always enjoyed camping. We wanted to offer a place where everyone could relax and enjoy the outdoors.
We are a mix of modern amenities and rustic charm with a commitment to personal service. Our project list continues to grow as we learn more about the various needs of our guests. We hope you enjoy your stay and look forward to providing a family friendly atmosphere that complements the beauty of Eufaula, the lake, and southeast Alabama.

Services
If you are looking for a quant Tiny House experience-you can reserve a few nights and enjoy Eufaula with a balance of sophistication and charm. Tiny house living is a true lifestyle. Your space extends beyond four walls to the outdoor location wherever you park your home. Our tiny house is located in the Evergreen area of Lake Eufaula Campground midway between the fishing ponds and the pool.
User Friendly RV Sites- When the campground was first built in the late 60's, campers were much smaller and space was at a premium. We now offer our guests more room for parking, more space for a boat and more space to picnic. Most sites are pull through and all sites are full hook up. Have a boat and a camper?
This efficiency style cabin features a queen size bed and queen size sofa sleeper. The round dining table seats four and has a full kitchen set up. The cabin is located on Chewalla Creek at the western most point of the Nine Ponds Retreat Center. There is a nice back porch facing the creek and a charcoal grill is provided.
Lake Eufaula is known for world class bass fishing. No license is required for fishing at the campground ponds or when using cane poles. Our boat launch is best suited for canoes and kayaks. Since the water in the creek can sometimes be low, we do have information on other nearby boat launches. Our pool is open from mid May to Labor Day and a favorite of kids and adults all summer long.
Tour historic homes in downtown Eufaula. Mark the first weekend in April for Eufaula Pilgrimage which includes home tours and residents in period costume. There is also a Holiday tour of homes the first week in December. Bird watching is great this time of year as the area has migratory birds and birds building spring nests.

I loved this campground. It’s right off the bike/walk path that takes you 2 miles into town, or a loop around the grounds. The free fishing is great for out of state visitors who don’t want to spend money on a fishing license. The people complaining about this campground are boujie KOA people. Our stay was great. Friendly operators too!

Thank you so much for existing. With less than 5% battery in my tesla I would not have made it home without ur campsite. Would have definitely left a tip if you had a plug share account setup. I set one up for you just go in and add your PayPal.me link so others can tip you in the future. The campground is very quite and peaceful late at night, one of ur lights keep flashing and turning off and on. But I assume would be a very nice place to stay for camping.

I booked a site for our annual chick trip starting November 3rd for 5 nights on July 28th mostly because they have sewer hook ups. My sister, who had already stayed at this campground, said it wasn't that good, so today, July 30th, I canceled the reservation. When I received my cancellation notice today, they had kept one nights stay! Yes, it's in their cancellation policy to keep one night's stay if changes or cancellation is made after 8 pm the day you make your reservation. So, I guess if I had made a reservation at 6pm and 3 hours later at 9pm, changed my mind, they get to keep one night's

The restrooms are clean and convenient. They are open 24h a day, friendly staff. I LOVED that they have showers with warm water. The only problem was that we rented a spot in front of the lake and people would come and fish there while we were there and had it rented. Also the girls camping next to us where blasting music from a truck that was on all night and no one said anything. Don't camp there if you are afraid of gators cause we had some outside of our tent. We didn't mess with them they didn't mess with us
