I noticed when you set a bid and they bid for you, you end up paying the higher bid even if no one is bidding against you. This was on a vehicle. Someone out bid me and watched as they raised the bid on him a few times. No one else was bidding.

Went to a property auction. My wife had the highest bid of around 150,000.00. The auctioneer closed the auction and sold the property for 81,000 to one of their relatives. Property located in Bucklin Missouri. I have screenshots of the bidding as well as who filed in recorder of deeds in Linn County Mo. This auction house is a RIP OFF.. The reason my wife bid 150,000.00 is the owner set a minimum bid amount of said amount. Auctioneer is not honoring the agreement. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS. THERE IS BETTER AUCTIONEER'S WHO HAS MORALS....

Will never use again. 16 of my father's pedal tractor collection was "stolen" the first night the tractors were stored in their storage unit. They were never found. After the auction Sullivans paid me an average of what the pedal tractors brought at the auction (this of course included several low end pedal tractors which brought the average down!) They then took their commission out of that amount even though they didn't sell them!
