We worked with Ben this past summer in buying our new home. He is incredibly responsive, always willing to answer questions, and gets the work done very quickly. We were selling a house long distance, after moving out of state before the sale. Ben made things extremely easy to do and saved us a lot of time and money by not needing us to be there in person. He even met with us via Zoom on a Saturday to make sure we understood everything that was going on. Highly responsive. Would definitely work with them again.

My fiancée and I were introduced to Ben from 23 Legal by our realtor and we are pleased with the outcome. Ben was really great and I cannot recommend him enough! Buying a home is scary for people who don't know what they're doing (Me.) so I was happy to trust ben with any advice and direction he could give me. He was super quick with his responses and I felt his rates were very fair if not cheaper than some competitors I looked into. He came highly recommended by my realtor and from this experience with him, I agree 100%!
