Digital subscription cannot be cancelled online, have to call, no way to get refund or verify it will actually cancel and not charge me for another year I didn't want. No way to remove payment method. Unbelievable. FTC said today that this practice is illegal. Would give zero stars if I could. Legal or not, you just guaranteed that I NEVER resubscribe. If you'd made it easy, I would consider it. I normally support local news and media but I hope you go out of business.

Decent and one of the few printed papers around town.. There's this nostalgic feeling - or a sense of "This is real" when you open a news paper - or any printed material. Be it a book, magazine. Etc. The convenience of electronic portability is great, but you'll know you not holding the real thing. :)
