The soils in Texas vary from city to city. San Antonio or Austin soils are different from Dallas soils, Lewisville soils are different from Temple, and Plano soils are different from Bastrop. A pier that works best for Rowlett, may not work best in New Braunfels! Different foundation repair systems work better in different soil types.
A solid steel square shaft with a 10 or 12 inch helix plate at the bottom is drilled underneath your foundation. The helix plate locks the pier under your foundation preventing any upward or downward movement of the pier. Cost - This pier system has the highest material cost of any of the recognized methods of foundation repair.

I made an appointment with Rex from AllPro to give me an estimate for foundation repairs to an old home recently purchased. The home inspection mentioned that there were possible issues. However, after spending at least an hour thoroughly inspecting the home including the crawl space Rex told me that no repairs were needed to the foundation. He told me that the only issue was poor drainage. His company does not provide drainage correction services so he had no incentive to recommend this. He could easily have told me that repairs were needed and I would not have known the difference. I can't recommend

We hired All Pro Foundation after our Appraiser found a crack in our wall and we were advised we needed to take care of this issue before we could move any further with our process. Rex with All Pro Foundation responded to me after hours and showed up the next day to inspect my home. Needless to say I was surprised. Got a recommendation from a friend. Had them come out and give us a bid along with two other foundation companies. We are pier and beam, old boise d arc piers. They were the middle of the road on price between the three, and best options for leveling. Remember - this is North Texas Clay soil and out home is over 100 years old.
They did a great job!! Rex was very responsive, always answered the call or called back promptly. Came out several times to follow up if we had questions or concerns!! Will and would recommend them and use again if needed.

WOW. From the very beginning with Rex, to the start of the job meeting Tony and the crew, throughout the repair, the finished product..... All Pro is simply incredible. Extensive foundation work is very scary for a home owner, but they made it such a pleasant experience. Tony didn’t just tell me what was being done, he explained why my foundation had problems in the first place and how to keep new issues from happening after the repair. I learned a lot. He could’ve just done the repair knowing he’d be back in a few years to do the inevitable new repair work in other places

The worst customer service. The lady that answers the phone has a chip on her shoulder and does not want to help at all. We bought a house that they previously did repairs on and all I am needing is the scope of work that was completed on MY house. She refused and stated this would be like releasing "medical records". Long Story -- I bought a house which had been serviced by All-Pro the year before. I paid $100 to transfer the warranty to my name and dropped the check off in person because "our mail gets lost so we always recommend certifying it". I then get multiple letters stating that they are going to void my warranty unless I prove there is no plumbing leak under my house. So, I already scheduled a plumber and he checked and saw no issues. But no, I have to get their specific guy (who only detects leaks but can't tell you where it is...). Lucky me, there happens to be a leak but who knows where! So then

I paid a lot of money and did a full pier job ! But meeting with the owner after the job was completed on why I’m still getting so much movement along with many cracks in my walls was nothing short of a bunch of excuses of how it’s none of his fault. BS ! Every time I look at my walks I think of him making every excuse except trying to fix the issue. I use to recommend them to my own customers until they worked on my own house. Do not use !

I was very impressed with All Pro when we had them fix our foundation about 5 years back. So when the engineer said the other end of the house needed peers to stop some movement, I did not hesitate to have Rex and the crew come out again. I feel like I got the best piers under my home, and at a very competitive price. If you have clay soil, and it's summer, keep their truck on the drive. I gave my permission to drive it into the yard, my mistake, because the edges of my cement drive were not supported well due to clay contraction. We are buying a new house and had All Pro come out prior to closing because we were fairly certain it needed foundation repair. As it turns out, Tony just suggested the removal of a tree that was too close to the foundation and updating some of the drainage around the house (neither of which All Pro benefits from). He explained everything in great detail and was incredibly helpful. We will definitely call All Pro if something happens in the future that we need foundation work done.

Rex came out and inspected our new house. I was expecting an assessment and then a bid. He took his time and went over the whole property and determined we were in good shape. Didn't need any foundation work.
He suggested we talk to a drainage guy, but that's it. Said if we think we need anything in the future to give him a ring.

All Pro did the foundation work on our house in Farmers Branch in 2016. They seemed competent and the work seemed fine. We now need to exercise the warranty. Our problem is that Vanessa at the company says Tony the owner must speak with us to move forward with this. We have been calling him every day for more than a week and he has not returned our calls. So we are stuck. It is unacceptable for us to call daily and not get a response on this matter. We would never do business with this company again.

Good experience with All Pro. Essentially just did maintenance on my 1955 pier and beam foundation. Reinforced quite a bit under the house and raised the low spots. Tony spoke open and honest with me about drainage improvements that will maintain their work. After doing some research it turns out he was exactly right and I scheduled AllPro to do the drainage work. Prices all around were very fair. Staff was friendly and helpful. Always quick respones to questions. This experience with All Pro was significantly better than the previous foundation company we used.

Rex with all pro came to look at our foundation that had been previously repaired by another company. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He suggested to not have any more piers or any foundation work because he highly suspected a pluming leak. He said it would actually damage our house to have any foundation work done. He was exactly correct. He was awesome. He could have given us a quote and told is all the things we needed to buy from them, but it was nothing like that. He suggested we get gutters (that they do not even sell) to help with our drainage and get the plumbing leak fixed

I purchased a home and was told that there was a transferable warranty from All Pro. I made several calls to verify the warranty with All Pro and was eventually given a verbal confirmation that the home has foundation warranty. After closing I contacted All Pro to transfer the warranty and was transferred over to the "Transferring Department" where I spoke to a rude gentlemen who adamantly informed me that the home I purchased does not have a warranty to transfer. I couldn't get anywhere with All Pro so I pushed the responsibility to the seller

I cannot comment on this company's repair work, but I highly recommend them for their professionalism and honesty.
My mom's house had been having problems with sticking doors and drywall cracks. We thought we would need piers to fix it. But after inspecting all the doors, and the exterior of the house, their agent Rex S. told us that piers wouldn't help...they would be difficult to install, and the real problem was a water management issue. Basically, we needed to add gutters and some flowerbed drainage, to avoid water pooling under one spot of the foundation.
