Services
Crowns cover or "cap" a tooth to restore the normal function and appearance of the tooth. Crowns are indicated for teeth that have been weakened with very large fillings, fractured teeth, back teeth that have had a root canal, and misshapen or discolored teeth. At our Cape Cod dental office, we fabricate crowns that are all metal, porcelain fused to metal, or all-ceramic (porcelain).
The cosmetic dental services offered at our Cape Cod office include porcelain veneers which are used to modify the shape and color of teeth. Veneers are thin shells of porcelain that are bonded to the enamel of the teeth. Tooth preparation is necessary to avoid over bulking of the tooth, but it is limited to the enamel and usually involves only a few surfaces of the tooth.
Authorized provider of the SoundBite intra-oral hearing system. Works with otolaryngologists and audiologists to provide a removable and non-surgical solution to single-sided deafness (SSD).

Consisting of a virtually invisible behind-the-ear and in-the- mouth prosthetic device, this new and innovative system is designed to allow sound to be conducted through the teeth and bones to both cochleae, completely bypassing the middle and outer ears, and effectively restoring the perception of hearing from the impaired ear.
Aside from the high level of professionalism, I've never been to a more hygienic medical or dental office. They are organized and considerate. Cragg has been my dentist for 14 years. His excellent, friendly and professional care has always made me glad "to go to the dentist!" The office and staff is so "patient friendly" and accommodating.
What is a prosthodontist? A. A prosthodontist is a dentist who specializes in the restoration and replacement of teeth.
