Tried scheduling a sprinkler system install since back in January with sod busters. They first sent out utility locators in April and 3 other times after that only to blow us off and never show up. Never returned my calls or came to install on the scheduled days. I had to cancel and go with another company bc I honestly don’t think they would have come all summer. Complete waste of time and had to have flags in my yard every time I mowed for over three months. Glad I found a better company that I can count on and I know will come blow out the system in the fall without me having to call 20+ times

If I could, I would give a rating of 0 stars. Like others have said, they are next to impossible to get in contact with. I have been trying to reach them since June to fix issues with my yard, it is now October and I have never once received any sort of call or visit from them. Right now I have some grass, and a very nice mud pit in my back yard. When they performed our sod/sprinkler install, they also left an absolute mess in my yard and in my garage from mud and garbage pop cans and food wrappers.
Hire these guys if you want terrible customer service and a poor quality job done.

My dad got sod from them last year & we are trying to get some seed to fill in some spots. We have called them over 10 times - Mike NEVER anwers his cell phone & his voicemail is ALWAYS full. The gal at the office answers 50/50 but just keeps saying he isnt here & I reminded him. All we are asking for is 3lbs I’d seed. And according to the office gal, Mike had to open the bag to get the seed. I would NOT recommend them for their service.
