Engineered Refrigeration Systems
ERS began providing refrigeration repair service and preventive maintenance in Chattanooga, TN in 1986. Since then we have grown to provide service in East Tennessee, North Georgia, and Northeast Alabama. We service all makes of coolers, freezers, walk-ins, reach-ins, make lines, merchandisers, display cases, ice machines, chillers, parallel compressor rack systems, and HVAC systems.

Our technicians are qualified on both conventional and parallel rack systems operated by either mechanical controls or the latest in computer controlled systems. We perform on-demand emergency service as well as preventive maintenance to help maintain your systems and equipment. And, of course, we are licensed, insured, and EPA certified.

Engineered Refrigeration is in the business of designing, manufacturing and marketing custom-engineered refrigeration systems. The company provides conventional low, medium and high temperature refrigeration systems; dual-temperature and tri-temperature systems; as well as related machine houses and electrical centers for all industrial, commercial and supermarket applications.
DEHY 500 is a refrigerated dehydrator and dew point controller that will dehydrate well gas to below 7lb/MMCF. This system can process low BTU well gas to commercial pipeline specifications for sales. TP1000 is an integrated dehydration and NGL recovery system to process high BTU, wet gas to commercial sales specifications.

I have given this company 1 star, but i wish i could give them less!!
We asked for this company to do a warranty repair of a brand new True freezer, that needed a fan aligned. The technician apparently plugged it into the wrong outlet, causing the breaker to flip. He then took it upon himself to take stuff apart, and spent several hours working on something that just needed to be plugged into another outlet.
We then received a bill for over $500, which we disputed due to the fact he never questioned us about the electrical issue (if he had we could have told him to use the correct outlet) nor

Sent in for a warranty fix for our brand new unit. The technician came out and fixed the unit but then spent time doing electrical work outside the scope of his work. We then were charges over $300 for work that we did not approve or even ask for. Will no lt use this company again for any warranty service.

I have never in my life had a worse experience with a company than with Engineered Refrigeration Systems . Not only did they perform work that was not authorized by us on a warranty work system for a brand new unit and demand payment for it, but the owner of the company just threatened
