I've worked with NWDLS for years and am very happy with everything there. Customer service, field techs, project managers, sales...all have been great. Working at a family business and in a lab, it's refreshing to have other companies treat you as family and not just s customer. Derek McCoy has an excellent staff working for him. He is a very generous person and we are glad to be able to do business with him. His "adopted son", Ben Walsh carries the family atmosphere outside of the office and is awesome.

I've worked with this company for the past 8 years. They are always accommodating and professional. They work hard to provide the best service possible.
