The worst customer service I have ever seen. He didn’t have what we wanted and said he couldn’t get it until January. We ask if we found another trailmaster would me service it. He then got very ugly with us and said no that he only worked on his customers items. That we wouldn’t buy it cheaper somewhere else and bring it to him for repairs.

Me and my girlfriend purchased a kids go cart from here and within six months it would not crank with the key and I would still have to pull the string at least 50 times for it to start.and none of these seatbelts work anymore. And I was told it came with a one-year warranty so I called them to get some warranty work done and then was told it's only a six month warranty and I bought it eight months ago. I would not recommend buying anything from there!!!!

This place is great! The customer service is the best I've seen in years. They are incredibly patient and extremely knowledgeable. I bought a mower and weed eater from them. I highly recommend Dallas Mower for anyone looking for mowers, blowers, weed eaters, and other landscaping tools. They also have Go-Karts, UTVs, and other outdoor equipment. Check them out!!
