Very disappointing. Came highly recommended, and signed for a new phone system. Then came a contract to monitor my business for over $1000/month, when I called to discuss I never heard back. No calls, no emails. After a month of the phones sitting in boxes, I had to reach out to the vendor to return them. And guess what, they also had never heard from ferrum. I would stay away at all costs, there are many other honest IT professionals that actually answer their clients phone calls.
