Straight RIP OFF!!!! Clayton added a P-trap to our existing plumbing. 10 mins worth of work and charged us $750. I spoke to Chanel and Keoni at concerning the OVER charge and the owners offered a $35 coupon on our next service... Poor business practices gets poor reviews.

They sent a plumber out asap and he was able to arrive early. I live in a condo so this was an emergency. I was able to get a plumber on Sunday during veteran's day weekend. Not only was he friendly but fast. Unclogged drain and reinstalled toilet. Had to pay the emergency fee but was well worth it.

Jordan is the most amazing plumber! He was courteous, respectful of our space, quick at fixing our problem and left the whole area better than when he came in.
Hawaii drain pros were amazing to deal with. Extremely nice over the phone, listened to my concerns, and dispatched Jordan immediately. From the time I called to when Jordan arrived on site was an impressive 30 minutes! Jordan gave me an estimate before the work was done, explained what he was gonna do and gave me a time frame. He was spot on with everything and replaced a 20 year old rusty clogged pipe super quick.

The staff was super friendly on the phone. They were able to give me an appointment the same day. Their technician John was on time, very friendly, very efficient & did an excellent job. I had a plumbing leak that needed immediate attention. Water was leaking from my second floor shower down to the first floor. I contacted HDP and they got back to me in just a few minutes...on a Sunday, which was impressive.
They scheduled someone to come out that day. The plumber that showed up was named Frank. He was incredibly helpful. He diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes, and quickly figured out how to fix it. He also addressed other lingering problems that could leaks in the future. Overall he's one of the most professional and helpful people that I've worked with here

Sent them to do an estimate on my rental but didn't come the time they said they would be there. After plumber finally got there, the $28 estimate on phone turned into $120 down payment for work to be done. They also wanted $1,000 just to turn the main water valve on and off. Decided not to go with them due to those factors and they didn't reimburse the down payment they took from my tenant to do the work.

Ryan was nice to return to clean driveway areas that had red dirt stains with high powered water hose.
he also explained why water heaters should at least be changed every 10 yrs.
He gave me an estimate of the cost of a 80 gallon water heater installation with labor & parts.

My son found a leak under my kitchen sink coming from the garbage disposal. He found it late at night, we found where it was coming from and was able to stop it.. However, I couldn't sleep if I just let it go till the morning. Hawaii drain pros answered immediately . We have 2 homes on our property. We had a clogged sewer line to our back house on the weekend with both the toilet and bathtub filling with sewer water. I did a quick yelp check and found Hawaii Drain Pros. Jarin came out quickly, he was thorough, clean and did a great job using an industrial snake to clear the clog.
After they were done Jarin recommended a process called descaling. In my terms they recommended grinding out all the junk in
