Because this business has a monopoly in the area the previous 4 years I was forced to use their services, I learned that they are unethical, rude, abusive and now have left me stranded with a scooter they returned to me in a non-functional condition because they couldn't fix it after their former mechanic had advised me to purchase a part for it and then refused to follow up with the repairs he'd promised.

Totally opposite opinion of the two prior reviews. I had searched all the traditional pharmacies in Napa for a small value item and was eventually directed to Piners. Phoned and spoke with their counter clerk Martha who said they no longer sold the item but might have "one remaining in the stock room". She spent at least 5 minutes searching and eventually found one for me. Bravo Martha, Bravo Piners, a local gem.

This place is the worst. The staff members there are incredibly rude and have no idea how to handle a simple rental. I called three days ahead to reserve a wheelchair ramp and when I went to pick it up there was no record of the reservation. They treated me like that was MY fault, when the onus was on them to record the reservation and have it ready for when I needed it. I ended up getting the ramp, but I'd rather build my own than deal with these clowns ever again. If I could give negative stars I would.

Had a lift chair repaired. Needed to order a part from Golden which Martha handled quickly and efficiently. Matthew the service tech was friendly and really knew what he was doing. Had a mix up on the bill but it was quickly fixed by the manager. I will use them again for repairs as well as supplies. A bit of a drive from Fairfield but so much better than Jackson Medical in Vacaville!
