Dr. Clarkson is a native of Bluefield West Virginia and a graduate of West Virginia University, School of Dentistry. After completing both undergraduate education and dental school at WVU, Dr. Clarkson moved to Annapolis to begin his professional career.

Drive from North Carolina to visit Dr. Clarkson. Dr. Clarkson is well worth the drive. Over 4+ decades I've visited lots of dentists--Dr. Clarkson is by far the best of all the dentists. He is very good at what he does. He is very good at explaining what is happening with your mouth, what will happen, and various courses of action. Dr. Clarkson does all of this--providing much better care than my previous dentist and tends to cost about 40% less.
