In 1992 United Pump Company began with a very small "splash". It began with only one employee and only one simple philosophy - that service and the quality of our product was not going to be by accident. It would have to be by design, a lot of hard work and "Quality, One Splash at a time". In 2006 United Pump Company added Crown Drilling to complete the circle for our domestic and commercial customers.
Once again it was high intention; sincere effort, intelligent direction, and skilled ability that have made this move a success. Now with over 22 employees and record sales in the millions of dollars, we have become one of the largest water system, well drilling, and specialty construction companies in Northern Idaho.

This company did all of our work on our new house 6 years ago and we've had nothing but problems we called them back once they charged us about $600 to come 22 miles from their shop to just check a wire $600 they put old faucets on the outside of our house they were not used they were new but older version which we have a hard time always finding parts to fix them .we have constantly leaks, were constantly fixing them for 6 years now I think about them every time we fix a leek which is every week, I would give them no stars if I could

Great pricing friendly service and they stand by what they do. me and my family will never go anywhere else. From putting in the pump and many years of service we've always been more than happy even grateful for them. Unfortunately North Idaho pump was my first call and was looking at way more money. My second call save me money better product and has never let me down I personally remember recommend United crown and pump to anyone and everyone.

Been dealing with them for years. They installed the water system for our lake property which we divided and now has several homes. Wednesday the reservoir pump failed. Justin came out to inspect. Pump obtained and Dustin installed pump and replaced leaking pressure tank by Thursday afternoon. Are you kidding me. That's awesome. Have these guys do your system and you'll never be left high and dry
