Greggory W. Hockemeyer obtained his bachelor's degree with honors at Wabash College in 1985. Hockemeyer attended IU School of Law at Indianapolis following college. Marcia A. McNagny is a lifelong resident of Whitley County, Indiana. McNagny's primary areas of focus are estate and succession planning, trust and estate administration, small business, real estate and municipal law.
Services
Several years ago, Greg Hockemeyer and Jon Myers established the law firm of Myers and Hockemeyer on North Main Street in Columbia City, Indiana. Although both were Whitley County natives, Hockemeyer had previously served as a city attorney in Indianapolis and Myers had been working in the legal department of Lincoln Life in Fort Wayne.
Advising clients regarding setting up business ventures, including corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. Advising and representing the interests of for profit and not-for-profit institutional clients like business and associations. Advising clients on passing property before and after their death, preparing documents for such plans; and assisting in financial matters upon the death of a loved one.

The law makes exceptions for calling 911 to report an actual emergency, OR (and this is important) when the telecommunications device is used in conjunction with hands-free or voice-operated technology. The new law covers any use of your phone or smart device-not just sending texts and emails.
This could include money owed to a local utility, doctor, hospital, landlord, etc., which is being collected by our office. Keep in mind our firm is a debt collector and any information shared with us may be used for that purpose. However, unsolicited payment of a retainer is not intended to create an attorney-client relationship.
